Play! by Sephora June 2018

Summer is here, I know I'm late but happy Solstice everyone! I just opened my Sephora Play! subscription box for June and I quickly want to share what I received with you guys! Also if you are signed up for this subscription, let me know what you got in the comments below!



MILK MAKEUP
KUSH MASCARA in Bloom Black

A conditioning mascara that uses cannabis oil to nurture lashes while heart-shaped fibers add clump-free volume.

I've been getting a lot of mascaras in this subscription (I've been receiving Play! boxes since January) so I haven't been excited when I find out there's another mascara in my box. But I'm not going to lie, this time it excites me because this will be my first time using a product by Milk Makeup and I've been wanting to try out this brand ever since I saw it at Sephora! And this is one of their new products. And to be honest, even though I get a lot of mascaras, I really do need them! My eyelashes are TINY and STUBBORN! I need all the help I can get. I'm also fascinated that this one uses cannabis oil to nurture the lashes. Wow, I feel like the more I learn about cannabis, the more I find out about all the benefits from it. I will see if it works. I also want to see if I can check out these "heart-shaped fibers." Are they really heart shaped?! Lol!

TOO FACED
MELTED MATTE LIQUID LONGWEAR MATTE LIPSTICK in Queen B



A long-lasting, lightweight lipstick that goes on like a gloss but delivers bold, full color.

You know I'm a huge fan of Too Faced so of course I was so happy I got this lipstick in my bag! I've tried other Too Faced lip products before, but I haven't tried their matte formula. I received the shade Queen B which is a soft mauve shade. I'm very picky when it comes to mauve shades, I feel like a lot of them don't look good on me. I hope this one does. The lipstick swatched beautifully though. No streaks and pigmented. I'm also meticulous when it comes to matte lipsticks. I have fine lines on my lips and a lot of matte lipsticks tend to settle right in them. We'll see if this works out!

ALTERNA HAIRCARE
CAVIAR ANTI-AGING MIRACLE MULTIPLYING VOLUME MIST

A multitasking hair mist that uses a plumping complex to create twice as much volume instantly.

I'm always looking for a holy grail hair product. I feel like I don't have one yet. I'm definitely going to use this product and see how it goes, we can all use a little more volume to our hair.

CLINIQUE
TAKE THE DAY OFF MAKEUP REMOVER FOR LIDS, LASHES & LIPS
A gentle formula that removes makeup without tugging, stinging, or irritating skin.

I love getting makeup remover because that's something I always find myself running out of frequently! I haven't used this one before but I love and trust Clinique!

BELIF
THE TRUE CREAM AQUA BOMB

A reviving moisturizer that fights dull skin with a burst of hydrating.

This is the product I'm most happy about because I love Belief! I tried out their Moisturizing Eye Bomb cream and it is my favorite eye cream of all time! If you are looking for a good eye cream, go get yourself a sample! It's truly the best. Ever since I tried that, I became a huge fan of Belief and I trust them. I even read a lot of great reviews about this moisturizer as well and I feel like I can never have enough back up moisturizers.

PRADA
CANDY SUGAR POP

Fruity and delicious, this scent story of apple, bergamot, and vanilla has a sweet ending that's anything but ordinary.

This scent is a true fruit floral scent. The key notes are Green Bergamot, Apple, Vanilla and I feel like the apple stands out the most. This perfume totally reminds me of candy; it's very sweet but still floral. Right off the bat I'm not in love with it but it's not a bad scent.



Overall I'm happy with my bag this month and I can't wait to test these products out. I'm most excited for the Belif moisturizer, the Milk Makeup mascara and the Too Faced matte lipstick. I'm also happy to have another makeup remover and something useful for my hair. The perfume is probably my least favorite as of right now only because it's not my kind of scent. But I'm going to test it and see how it goes. I have high hopes for this bag! Let me know if you'd like to see an update!
